FjalëkryqTerms of use
How Fjalëkryq may be used, including the Rules for names and fair play.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Arbri Sotiri ("we"). By using Fjalëkryq you accept them, together with the privacy policy. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old.
Your account
You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. A guest's progress stays on that phone; with Apple or Google it comes back on any phone. Don't use someone else's account, and don't create new accounts to get around a ban.
The Rules
These are the same Rules (Rregullat) you accept in the app when you choose your name.
Your name
Your name appears on the leaderboards and on your card, in front of every player. Not allowed:
- offensive, vulgar or sexual words;
- hatred, threats or harassment against anyone, over nationality, religion, gender, orientation or disability;
- impersonating another player, a well-known person or Fjalëkryq;
- links, ads, phone numbers or personal data.
Fair play
The leaderboards count only real times. Tampering with the app or with results is cheating.
Zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players. A name that breaks these rules is changed, and a player who breaks them is removed from the leaderboards or loses the account, without warning.
Report and block
Tap a player on the leaderboard to report or block them. We review reports within 24 hours. A blocked player's name is hidden from your leaderboards.
Moderation
We may change a name, remove a player from the leaderboards or close an account that breaks these terms, without warning. We may remove results that look impossible. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@fjalekryq.al.
Coins
Coins are earned by playing or by choosing to watch ads, and are spent inside the app, for example on avatar frames or archive puzzles. They have no money value and can't be bought, sold, exchanged or moved to another account. We may correct a balance that comes from a bug or from abuse. Coins are lost when you delete your account.
Ads
The app shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or for the products they advertise.
Content
The daily crosswords are grids published by alfapress.al and used with their permission. The app, its design, puzzles and texts belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for personal play. Copying, bulk downloading or reselling them is not allowed.
The service
Fjalëkryq is provided as it is. We may change, pause or end features. The leaderboards, accounts and ads need an internet connection.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost progress or interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you.
Changes and governing law
When we change these terms, we change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. The mandatory protections of the country where you live still apply.
