Delete your account

How to delete your Fjalëkryq account, and what happens to your data.

In the app

1. Open Fjalëkryq and go to Profili → Cilësimet (Profile → Settings).
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Fshi profilin” (Delete profile).
3. Confirm.

The account is deleted from our servers right away, together with everything on the phone. You need an internet connection. This works for Apple and Google accounts as well as for guests.

Without the app

Write to support@fjalekryq.al with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address you sign in with through Apple or Google, or include your player name. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

A guest account that isn't used for 60 days is deleted automatically.

What is deleted

• the account and its link to Apple or Google (for Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID);
• your name, avatar and frame;
• your results, statistics, streaks and leaderboard places;
• your coins and everything you got with them;
• Bravos given and received, and your list of blocked players;
• on the phone: your progress and reminders.

What is kept

• Reports you sent about other players stay, without your name.
• If a moderator acted on your name, the log of that action (the old and new name) stays, without a link to the account.
• Server logs disappear on their own within a few days, and backups, if any, within 30 days.

Signing out doesn't delete it

Signing out (“Dil”) or uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account. When you sign in again with the same account, your progress comes back.
